DIGITAL PROGRAMS & COACHING
All sales of digital programs are final.
Due to the instant nature of digital product delivery, we do not offer refunds on any coaching programs or digital products once they have been purchased and delivered. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you have read this policy and agree that digital products are non-refundable.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your program, please contact us at trueskinbalance@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

SUPPLEMENTS & PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your supplement purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer the following:
Unopened Products
We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at trueskinbalance@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Opened Products
Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used supplements. If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement at no charge.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at trueskinbalance@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at our discretion.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

CANCELLATIONS
Orders for physical products may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase provided the order has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at trueskinbalance@gmail.com with your order number.
Digital program purchases cannot be cancelled once delivered.
